Press Release  Levernoch held on bail after breaking into several homes

PITTSFIELDA Pittsfield man was arraigned this morning in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  35 year old JEREMY LEVERNOCH (768 Tyler Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

LEVERNOCH had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on four (4) counts of BREAKING AND ENTERING A BUILDING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, three (3) counts of LARCENY OVER $250, one (1) count of LARCENY OF A FIREARM and one (1) count of LARCENY UNDER $250.  Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $10,000 bail.             

It is alleged that LEVERNOCH broke into homes in Hinsdale, Dalton and Peru between November 23, 2017 and January 14, 2018. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Hinsdale and Dalton Police Departments and state troopers assigned to the Cheshire barracks.
