Press Release  Levesque arraigned on drug charges

PITTSFIELD — A North Adams woman was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on drug charges.  39 year old TRISHA J. LEVESQUE (185 Greylock Avenue) appeared before Judge Maureen Hogan. 

LEVESQUE had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE and one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, TO WIT: POSSESSION OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE.  Judge Hogan released her on personal recognizance.            

The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in North Adams on April 2, 2018.    

The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams Police Department.
