PITTSFIELD — A Lenoxdale woman appeared in Berkshire Superior Court this morning. 39 year old AMBER MAISANO-KROK appeared before Judge John Agostini.

MAISANO-KROK had one (1) count of INTIMIDATION OF A WITNESS OR OTHER PERSON continued without a change of plea for one year.

It was alleged that MAISANO-KROK intimidated a victim in a criminal investigation. The incident was alleged to have occurred in Becket between August 6, 2016 and August 7, 2016.

The investigation was conducted by state police detectives assigned to the District Attorney’s Office.
