PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield woman was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 39 year old JAIME M. MARBY (768 Tyler Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
MARBY had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on four (4) counts of BREAKING AND ENTERING A BUILDING IN THE DAYTIME WITH INTENT TO COMMIT A FELONY, three (3) counts of LARCENY OVER $250, one (1) count of LARCENY OF A FIREARM and one (1) count of LARCENY UNDER $250. Judge Agostini released her on personal recognizance.
It is alleged that MARBY broke into homes in Hinsdale, Dalton and Peru between November 23, 2017 and January 14, 2018.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Hinsdale, Dalton and Pittsfield Police Departments and state troopers assigned to the Cheshire barracks.
