Boston — Governor Maura T. Healey has proclaimed March 2026 to be Ethics Awareness Month. The Governor’s proclamation emphasizes the importance of integrity and accountability in public service, as well as the value of education and training regarding governmental ethics laws, including the Massachusetts conflict of interest and financial disclosure laws.

The State Ethics Commission is a non-partisan, independent state agency dedicated to promoting integrity in state, county, and municipal government through education, advisement, and enforcement concerning the conflict of interest and financial disclosure laws. The Commission thanks Governor Healey for publicly recognizing the vital role of promoting governmental ethics.
