Speakers will include Massachusetts Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll; Trial Court Chief Justice Heidi E. Brieger; Juvenile Court Chief Justice Dana M. Gershengorn; Massachusetts Department of Children & Families Commissioner Staverne Miller; and Hillary and Kent Pigeon, an adoptive family.
