Boston, MA — On Thursday, June 22, 2023, the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women (MCSW) will celebrate its 25th anniversary with a gala dinner. The event will honor the past, present, and future of the organization committed to ensuring that all women and girls in the Commonwealth can thrive.

The 25th anniversary celebration will be an in-person gathering of past commissioners, current partners, and leaders from across the Commonwealth committed to uplifting the lives of women and girls.

This event is open to the public and we welcome all individuals and organizations to participate and create community with us. With powerful speakers, inspiring content, and incredible networking, you’ll learn from and with a community of community leaders.

Discount codes are available for MCSW Regional commissioners, emerita, and alumnae commissioners. In addition, cost should not be a barrier to celebrating with us. Why: Purchase a ticket or sponsor the event to support and scale up our Girls Empowerment and Leadership Initiative (GELI) youth programming. The initiative empowers female-identifying youth in areas that are meaningful and important per region by providing educational workshops, skill-building and the opportunity to connect with their peers across the state. Our programs help us guide policy recommendations to legislators and government agencies that will directly address inequities impacting women and girls and enhance opportunities for them in all aspects of life.
