PITTSFIELD — An Adams man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 38 year old BRANDON S. MILETTE (3 Bellevue Avenue) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
MILETTE had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE, one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, two (2) counts of POSSESSION OF A FIREARM DURING THE COMMISSION OF A FELONY and two (2) counts of IMPROPER STORAGE OF A FIREARM, RIFLE OR SHOTGUN. Judge Agostini released him on $500 bail.
The charge stems from the execution of a search warrant at MILETTE’S home on August 2, 2018.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Adams, Pittsfield and North Adams Police Departments, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Office and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.
