Pittsfield — A Windsor man was arraigned this morning in Berkshire Superior Court on sexual assault charges. 39 year old RICHARD D. MILLER appeared before Judge John Agostini.
MILLER had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of RAPE and one (1) count of INDECENT ASSAULT AND BATTERY ON A PERSON WHO HAS ATTAINED 14. Judge Agostini released him on personal recognizance on the condition MILLER have no contact with the victim in this case.
The charges stem from an incident in Pittsfield involving a 34 year old woman on February 18, 2018.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
