Press Release  Miller pleads guilty, will be sentenced on Tuesday

PITTSFIELDA Pittsfield man pleaded guilty this morning in Berkshire Superior Court to several charges.  39 year old NAQUAN T. MILLER appeared before Judge John Agostini.   

MILLER pleaded guilty to one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE in connection with the execution of a search warrant at his Elizabeth Street home on July 15, 2016. 

MILLER also pleaded guilty to one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE in connection with a motor vehicle stop in Pittsfield on April 16, 2017. 

Judge Agostini released MILLER pending sentencing which will occur Tuesday, September 18th at 9 a.m.    

The investigations were conducted by members of the Pittsfield and Dalton Police Departments, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Department and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.
