Massachusetts Probation Service staff attended the Third Annual Women’s Symposium, “Wellness Unveiled: Women Inspiring Women- Empowerment through Unity,” one of the many sessions being held this week at the 49th Annual Training Institute, a national conference of the American Probation and Parole Association (APPA). The conference, at the Marriott in Indianapolis June 28-July 1st, is expected to draw more than 3,000 community corrections professionals from across the nation.

The APPA will kick off its National Pretrial, Probation, and Parole, Supervision Week, July 21-28, to celebrate the “over 100,000 community corrections professionals around the country who work, hard to keep our communities safe.”
