The Massachusetts Probation Service (MPS) Training Division will host the first full day conference for Administrative staff and Local 6 employees, 2026 Fall Conference Conversations, on October 21st, at the Massachusetts Probation Service Training and Operations Center. Registration is currently open on CourtEd.

The conference will feature:

  • Opportunities for meaningful networking with peers
  • Multiple breakout sessions across MTOC classrooms
  • Engaging, practical discussions tailored to your role

“The point of the conference is to acknowledge, celebrate and train our support staff,” said Jude David, Training Program Manager, who designed and developed the conference after “debriefing” with the Training Division staff.

”All workshops will be relative to their position. The Town Hall will provide uniformity and clarity from our department's leaders to some questions that need answering and the vibe for the day is designed to be lighthearted and celebratory,” Mr. David said.

He added, “We believe it is time for our support staff and Local 6 to have a day to learn, celebrate and feel appreciated.”
