News  Notice Regarding Destruction of Records

COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS
TRIAL COURT
PROBATE AND FAMILY COURT DEPARTMENT 
SUFFOLK DIVISION 

It is proposed that, in accordance with the provisions of Supreme Judicial Court Rule 1:11, financial statements and guardian ad litem reports for all cases filed prior to January 1, 2000 that are currently in the possession of the Suffolk Division of the Probate and Family Court, will be destroyed commencing on September 4, 2020.

Only parties to the case or attorneys of record may contact Register Felix D. Arroyo regarding the destruction of the records. All contact must be made by August 21, 2020.
