This standing order sets forth notification and counsel appointment procedures in the Juvenile Court for permanency hearings held pursuant to G.L. c. 119, § 29B. This standing order works in conjunction with Trial Court Rule VI, Uniform Permanency Hearings which is effective on March 1, 2018. Standing Order 1-18 is effective on March 1, 2018.
