PITTSFIELD — A Cheshire man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on drug charges.  27 year old JUSTIN R. O’CONNELL (174 Wells Road) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

O’CONNELL had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of TRAFFICKING IN HEROIN, one (1) count of TRAFFICKING IN COCAINE, one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS and one (1) count of OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WITH A SUSPENDED LICENSE.  Judge Agostini released him on $5,000 bail.     

The charges stem from his arrest in North Adams on April 26, 2018.    

The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams Police Department
