- Operational Services Division
The Operational Services Division (OSD) once again is in the spotlight, as the Office of Vehicle Management (OVM) was named one of the Top Green Fleets of 2025 by the NAFA Fleet Management Association (NAFA).
This recognition ranks OVM among the top 50 fleets across North America that are leading the way in sustainable fleet management, an impressive achievement that reflects the Commonwealth’s ongoing commitment to building a cleaner, more efficient fleet.
OVM’s comprehensive submission highlighted the work the team completed relating to policy development, electrification and zero emission vehicle (ZEV) adoption, long-term strategic planning, change management and implementation support, and more.
As a result, OVM earned a spot at #41 on the list, standing out as one of the few state government fleets recognized in this year’s competition.
“This recognition validates OVM’s leadership in advancing fleet sustainability and affirms that our strategy is positioning us to achieve our FY30 goals,” said Vincent Micozzi, Director of Fleet Policy and Administration. “It’s a proud moment for the team and a strong signal that our collective efforts are making an impact within our industry.”
NAFA is the world’s largest membership association for individuals who manage the vehicular fleet and mobility responsibilities for their employers. NAFA’s more than 2,000 members control approximately 4.8 million vehicles and travel a combined 84 billion miles annually.
Congratulations to the OVM team on this well-deserved recognition. OSD’s leadership and innovation is driving progress for the Commonwealth and setting an example for fleets across the nation. Learn more about the NAFA’s Top Green Fleets List.
