PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield woman was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court.  45 year old CAREY A. PILOT appeared before Judge John Agostini.      

PILOT had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on two (2) counts of ARMED ASSAULT WITH INTENT TO MURDER.  Judge Agostini ordered that she be held at the Hampden County House of Correction without the right to bail.   

The charges stem from an incident in Pittsfield on October 2, 2017.  It is alleged that PILOT was involved in an attempt to harm a 38 year old man and a 25 year of woman.     

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
