PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield woman was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on drug charges.  29 year old NICOLE A. PINERO (253 Wahconah Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

PINERO had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE and one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, TO WIT: POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE.  Judge Agostini released her on personal recognizance.   

The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at her home on February 2, 2018.        

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s department and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.
