Press Release  Police Request Public's Help in Locating Lawrence Murder Suspect

Lawrence, Massachusetts — Massachusetts State Police Detectives assigned to the Essex District Attorney's Office and Lawrence Police are asking for help in finding a 31-year old Lawrence man wanted for allegedly murdering a woman in Lawrence on September 21, 2014.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Reinaldo SANTIAGO, DOB 2/6/1983.  He is approximately 5 foot, 9 inches and weighs about 196 pounds.  He has multiple addresses in Lawrence.  Mr. Santiago is considered armed and dangerous.  Anyone with information of his whereabouts should contact the District Attorney’s Office at 978-745-8908 or the Lawrence Police at 978-794-5900 ext. 500.

Investigators allege that Mr. Santiago shot and killed Anyira Sanchez Calvajal, 25, in her Springfield Street apartment in the early morning hours of September 21^st.  A 33-year-old male was also shot but survived.
