Under the leadership of Massachusetts Probation Commissioner Pamerson Ifill, Probation departments in the five divisions of the court --Boston Municipal Court, District, Juvenile, Probate & Family, Superior-- as well as employees in the Probation units and divisions are acknowledging the important work and contributions of MPS employees to the courts and communities across the state in an "Employee of the Month" appreciation effort.

Meet Danielle Gilpatrick, the first Employee of the Month honoree for Probate & Family Court:

Danielle Gilpatrick, Norfolk Probate & Family Court Probation Office Manager, has been recognized as the inaugural "Employee of the Month" for the Probate & Family Court Probation Department, according to Marguerite Riley, Statewide Supervisor of Probate & Family Court Probation.

"Danielle is a consummate professional who has tirelessly helped coach and orient other support staff in the various Probate and Family Court Probation Departments. She was unanimously selected by the Probate Leadership Team at a recent Chief Probation Officer meeting. This illustrates the deep respect and appreciation that the Probate CPOs and the field have for her leadership and willingness to assist with onboarding and mentoring other clerical staff," said Ms. Riley. "Danielle is a model of efficiency, ingenuity, and creativity, and helps the Norfolk Probate Probation Department run smoothly every day. Congratulations to Danielle on this well deserved recognition!"

Ms. Gilpatrick has also "served tirelessly as part of the Probate Probation Team that is tasked with assisting Slalom, MPS’ selected vendor, in the development of a new, state of the art Case Management System. Her expertise and vast knowledge of the Masscourts application has been invaluable in assisting the vendor, and by extension, the Probate Probation service," according to Ms. Riley.
