Press Release  Randolph released on bail on drug charges

Pittsfield — A Pittsfield woman was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on drug charges.  32 year old MELISSA R. RANDOLPH a/k/a MELISSA DANIELS (Christopher Arms) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

RANDOLPH had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on one (1) count of TRAFFICKING IN COCAINE and one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS.  Judge Agostini released her on $500 bail.  

The charges stem from an ongoing investigation into illegal drug activity in Pittsfield and allegedly occurred on May 16, 2018.    

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Office and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.
