PITTSFIELD — A North Adams woman pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to a drug charge. 21 year old JENNIFER RILLA appeared before Judge John Agostini.

RILLA pleaded guilty to one (1) count of POSSESSION OF HEROIN. Judge Agostini continued her case without a finding for 6 months.

The charge stems from a motor vehicle stop in Pittsfield on February 10, 2017.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield and Dalton Police Departments, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Office and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.
