PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 35 year old ANTHONY ROBERTSON a/k/a DOLLAR (92 Dalton Avenue) appeared before Judge John Agostini.
ROBERTSON had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE (2nd offense), one (1) count of ARMED CAREER FELON, one (1) count of ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF A LARGE CAPACITY FEEDING DEVICE one (1) count of POSSESSION OF A FIREARM DURING THE COMMISSION OF A FELONY, one (1) count of RESISTING ARREST one (1) count of ILLEGAL OWNERSHIP OF A FIREARM, RIFLE OR SHOTGUN, one (1) count of POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION WITHOUT A FIREARM IDENTIFICATION CARD and one (1) count of IMPROPER STORAGE OF A FIREARM, RIFLE OR SHOTGUN. Judge Agostini released him on $5,000 bail.
The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at ROBERTSON’S home on August 25, 2017.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield and North Adams Police Departments, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Office and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.
