PITTSFIELD — A Lee man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on drug charges.  32 year old FRANK J. ROCCO (244 Main Street) appeared before Judge Daniel Ford.

ROCCO had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of TRAFFICKING IN HEROIN, one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, TO WIT: TRAFFICKING IN HEROIN and one (1) count of POSSESSION OF A FIREARM DURING THE COMMISSION OF A FELONY.  Judge Ford released him on $3,500 bail.       

The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at ROCCO’S home on February 18, 2018.    

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield and North Adams Police Departments, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Office and State Troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.
