PittsfieldA Lee man pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to several charges.  36 year old CHRISTOPHER E. ROCK appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

ROCK pleaded guilty to one (1) count of UNARMED ROBBERY, one (1) count of LARCENY OVER $1,200 and one (1) count of POSSESSION OF HEROIN.  Judge Agostini ordered that he serve concurrent 4 to 5 year state prison sentences at the Massachusetts Correctional Institution at Cedar Junction on the charges of UNARMED ROBBERY and LARCENY OVER $1,200.  He was given a concurrent 2 year house of correction sentence on the other charge.        

ROCK admitted taking money from the Elm Street branch of Berkshire Bank, in Pittsfield, on September 17, 2018.          

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
