PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield woman pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court.  33 year old IVY L. ROGERS appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

ROGERS pleaded guilty to one (1) count of LARCENY FROM A PERSON in connection with an incident at East Street Video, in Pittsfield, on August 16, 2017. 

Judge Agostini ordered that ROGERS serve 44 days of a 2 year sentence to the Berkshire County House of Correction.  She was also placed on probation for 2 years on the condition ROGERS remain drug and alcohol free, remain in counseling and stay away from East Street Video.        

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
