Press Release  Roraback appears in Court on pornography charges

PITTSFIELD — A Great Barrington man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on child pornography charges.  49 year old JEFFREY M. RORABACK (43 Blue Hill Road) appeared before Judge Daniel Ford. 

RORABACK had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSING MATERIALS DEPICTING A CHILD IN SEXUAL CONDUCT and one (1) count of DISSEMINATING VISUAL MATERIAL OF A CHILD IN A STATE OF NUDITY OR SEXUAL CONDUCT.  Judge Ford released him on $2,500 bail on the condition RORABACK have no contact with children under 16 and not have possession of a computer or internet access. 

It is alleged that RORABACK distributed child pornography on June 25, 2018.  The other charge stems from the execution of a search warrant at RORABACK’S home on September 11, 2018.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Great Barrington Police Department, state police detectives assigned to the District Attorney’s Office and the Massachusetts State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
