PITTSFIELDA Pittsfield woman was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 30 year old JULIANNA M. SAEZ (16 Canal Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini.

SAEZ had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on two (2) counts of POSSESSION OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE, two (2) counts of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, TO WIT: POSSESSION OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE, two (2) counts of POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE, two (2) counts of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, TO WIT: POSSESSION OF COCAINE WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE, one (1) count of POSSESSION OF A FIREARM DURING THE COMMISSION OF A FELONY, one (1) count of ILLEGAL OWNERSHIP OF A FIREARM, RIFLE OR SHOTGUN, one (1) count of IMPROPER STORAGE OF A FIREARM, RIFLE OR SHOTGUN, one (1) count of POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION WITHOUT A FIREARM IDENTIFICATION CARD and one (1) count of POSSESSION OF PHENCYCLIDINE. Those charges stem from a motor vehicle stop and the execution of a search warrant at her home on September 27, 2017.

Judge Agostini released SAEZ on $1,000 bail.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield and Dalton Police Departments, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Office and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.
