Press Release  Sagastume arraigned on an endangerment charge

PITTSFIELD — A Kenton, Ohio woman was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court.  37 year old TIFFANY B. SAGASTUME appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

SAGASTUME had a not guilty plea entered on her behalf on one (1) count of RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT OF A CHILD.  Judge Agostini released her on personal recognizance on the condition SAGASTUME have no contact with the alleged victim or witnesses in this case.    

The incident is alleged to have occurred in Pittsfield between July 1, 2012 and July 10, 2015.  The alleged victim is a girl who is now 18 years of age. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department and state police detectives assigned to the District Attorney’s Office.
