PITTSFIELD — A Williamstown couple, found guilty March 14th, was sentenced this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court. The jury deliberated for about 8 hours over a two day period before returning its verdict against 73 year old SALLY J. GOULD and 71 year old JOHN T. GOULD.
They were found guilty on one (1) count each of MISLEADING A POLICE OFFICER OR OTHER PERSON.
Judge John Agostini gave SALLY and JOHN GOULD suspended 2 year house of correction sentences and placed them on probation for 2 years.
