Press Release  Shetron enters a not guilty plea on a trafficking in fentanyl charge

PITTSFIELD — A Lanesborough woman was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on drug charges.  36 year old ANGELA L. SHETRON a/k/a ANGELA L. STRACUZZI (42 Meadow Lane) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

SHETRON had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on one (1) count of TRAFFICKING IN FENTANYL and one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, TO WIT: TRAFFICKING IN FENTANYL.   Judge Agostini released her on personal recognizance.          

The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in Lanesborough on September 13, 2018. 

The investigation was conducted by members of the Lanesborough, North Adams and Dalton Police Departments, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Office and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.
