Press Release  Streeter appears in Court, released on personal recognizance

PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield woman was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  36 year old ANGELA STREETER appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

STREETER had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on one (1) count of PERMITTING BODILY INJURY TO A CHILD, one (1) count of RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT OF A CHILD and one (1) count of PERMITTING INJURY TO A DISABLED PERSON.  Judge Agostini released her on personal recognizance on the condition STREETER reside with her father during the pendency of this case.       

The incidents are alleged to have occurred in Pittsfield on February 17, 2018 and involved a 12 year old boy.         

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
