PittsfieldA Canaan, Connecticut man was arranged this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  26 year old ANTHONY J. STUMBAUGH, JR. appeared before Judge John Agostini.

STUMBAUGH had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of INJURING A FIREFIGHTER IN THE LINE OF DUTY and one (1) count of BURNING WOOD.  Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction without the right to bail.
