The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) is introducing a new assessment tool, called SIS-A®, 2nd Ed., to better serve individuals who access all types of services. This is part of a larger initiative, called The Path Forward, to support DDS’ goal for a more consistent, transparent, and equitable assessment experience.
