Press Release  Therrien enters not guilty pleas

PITTSFIELDAn Adams man was arraigned this morning in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges.  29 year old JONATHAN S. THERRIEN a/k/a JOHN THERRIEN (70 Melrose Street Extension) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

THERRIEN had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of IMPROPER USE OF A CREDIT CARD OVER $250 and one (1) count of LARCENY UNDER $250.  Judge Agostini released him on $100 bail on these charges as THERRIEN is being held at the Hampden County House of Correction without the right to bail on other charges.    

The incidents are alleged to have occurred in Lanesborough and Pittsfield on September 23, 2017.     

The investigation was conducted by State Police Detectives assigned to the District Attorney’s Office.
