The Operational Services Division (OSD) is pleased to share that the MASSBUYS EXPO returns on May 1, 2025! Even though May seems far away now, it will be here before we know it!
Exhibitor Registration is expected to open this fall. We hope that providing the date and location in advance helps Exhibitors budget and secure appropriate approvals to participate.
Although we are still in the early stages of planning, here are a few reasons to be excited for the MASSBUYS EXPO 2025:
- For the second year in a row, the MASSBUYS EXPO is taking place at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA!
Following last year’s survey, which revealed that 97% of Exhibitors and 98% of Attendees felt that the venue matched, exceeded, or greatly exceeded their expectations, we knew you’d be thrilled to hear this news!
Similar to last year, the Expo Hall will span the West Club through the GP Atrium, and the planning team is working to brighten up the space with plenty of views of the field.
Plus – this year we are expanding the Vehicle Zone so there is more to see and experience on the field-level concourse!
- Big Savings Alert - Early Bird Pricing
Lock in 2024 event prices when you purchase your Exhibit Space before February 2025! This means hundreds of dollars of savings!
The MASSBUYS EXPO is an expensive event to put on, and entirely Exhibitor funded, so OSD is happy to provide this period of cost savings. We encourage you to take advantage of the early bird sale before prices increase!
- NEW!! Small Business Zone
For the first time ever, the MASSBUYS EXPO 2025 will offer a dedicated space for small businesses! The Small Business Zone invites Small Business Purchasing Program (SBPP) participants and other small businesses to experience MASSBUYS at a discounted rate.
Every year we hear small businesses say that they wished they could experience MASSBUYS, but they find the traditional Booth or Tabletop costs prohibitive. To address this, eligible vendors may now access a reduced tabletop price, which includes a 4’ Tabletop, one Exhibitor Badge, and placement in the Small Business Zone.
