Press Release  Trotter arraigned on drug charges

PITTSFIELD — A Williamstown woman was arraigned this morning in Berkshire Superior Court on drug charges.  41 year old JESSICA W. TROTTER (42 Pine Lodge Park) appeared before Judge Daniel Ford. 

TROTTER had not guilty pleas entered on her behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE (2^nd offense), one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, TO WIT: POSSESSION OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE and one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE (2^nd offense).  Judge Ford ordered that she be held at the Hampden County House of Correction, Chicopee Woman’s Facility on $50 bail as she is being held on a violation of probation on other charges.            

The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in North Adams on April 2, 2018.    

The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams Police Department.
