Pittsfield — A Williamstown woman pleaded guilty this morning in Berkshire Superior Court to drug charges.  41 year old JESSICA W. TROTTER appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

TROTTER pleaded guilty to one (1) count of POSSESSION OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE, one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS, TO WIT: POSSESSION OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE and one (1) count of POSSESSION OF COCAINE (2nd offense).  Judge Agostini ordered that she serve concurrent one year sentences at the Hampden County House of Correction, Chicopee Woman’s Facility.            

The charges stem from a motor vehicle stop in North Adams on April 2, 2018.    

The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams Police Department.
