PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on drug charges.  36 year old ROBERT W. TURNER (437 Pomeroy Avenue) appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

TURNER had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE and one (1) count of CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE DRUG LAWS in connection with a motor vehicle stop in Pittsfield on June 20, 2018. 

Judge Agostini released him on $2,500 bail.  

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Office and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.
