PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield man was arraigned this morning in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 34 year old LUIS VALLE appeared before Judge Mark Mason.
VALLE had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of ARMED ROBBERY WHILE MASKED and one (1) count of ASSAULT AND BATTERY BY MEANS OF A DANGEROUS WEAPON. Judge Mason ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $25,000 bail.
It is alleged that VALLE robbed the clerk at the Gulf Station, on Wahconah Street, in Pittsfield on February 17, 2018.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department.
