PITTSFIELD — A North Adams man was arraigned this morning in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 53 year old KURT A. VOSBURGH (21 Gallup Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini.

VOSBURGH had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of ASSAULT WITH INTENT TO ROB and one (1) count of ASSAULT AND BATTERY ON A PREGNANT VICTIM. Judge Agostini released him on $1,000 bail.

The charges stem from an incident in North Adams on June 9, 2017 which involved a 38 year old woman.

The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams Police Department.
