Press Release  Vosburgh enters not guilty pleas on drug charges

Pittsfield — A Stamford, Vermont man was arraigned this morning in Berkshire Superior Court on drug charges.  54 year old KURT A. VOSBURGH appeared before Judge John Agostini. 

VOSBURGH had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of DISTRIBUTION OF HEROIN and one (1) count of POSSESSION OF HEROIN (2^nd offense).  Judge Agostini ordered that he be held at the Berkshire County House of Correction on $1,000 bail.      

The charges stem from an incident in North Adams on October 5, 2018.    

The investigation was conducted by members of the North Adams Police Department.
