PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield man was arraigned this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court on several charges. 22 year old COREY F. WALKER (291 Second Street) appeared before Judge John Agostini.

WALKER had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf on one (1) count of POSSESSION OF HEROIN WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE, one (1) count of DRUG VIOLATION WITHIN A DRUG FREE SCHOOL ZONE and one (1) count of POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION WITHOUT A FIREARM IDENTIFICATION CARD. Judge Agostini released him on $1,000 bail.

The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at his home on September 1, 2017.

The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield Police Department, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Office and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.
