PITTSFIELD — A Pittsfield woman pleaded guilty this afternoon in Berkshire Superior Court to a drug charge. 39 year old DIANE M. WYAND appeared before Judge John Agostini.
WYAND pleaded guilty to one (1) count of POSSESSION OF HEROIN. Judge Agostini placed her on probation for 6 months on the condition she refrain from using illegal drugs and undergo testing and counseling during the probationary period.
The charge stems from a motor vehicle stop in Pittsfield on February 10, 2017.
The investigation was conducted by members of the Pittsfield and Dalton Police Departments, the Berkshire County Sheriff’s Office and state troopers assigned to the District Attorney’s Office, members of the Berkshire Law Enforcement Task Force.
