MassDOT’s Title VI/Nondiscrimination in Transportation Program addresses complaints of discrimination, encourages public participation, and makes sure that our transportation programs and project partners follow state and federal laws against discrimination based on sex, race, color, ancestry, national origin (including English proficiency), religion, creed, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or veteran's status.
