This page provides administrative information for the One Care program.
One Care covers all Medicare, MassHealth, and prescription drug benefits, including Medicare Part D, plus additional benefits, all under the same plan. To join One Care, a person must be eligible for both MassHealth and Medicare and be 21 to 64 years old.
