One Care Implementation Council

A dedicated group of consumer members and community-based advocates who work directly with MassHealth and health plans to continuously improve One Care

The One Care Implementation Council plays a key role in monitoring access to healthcare and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), tracking quality of services, providing support and input to EOHHS, decreasing health disparities, and promoting accountability and transparency.
