Annual Report Filing Requirements

All licensed small loan agencies must file an annual report with the Division pursuant to Mass. Gen. Laws chapter 140, section 98. There is no exemption from filing an annual report based on a small loan agency's national bank affiliation. However, a licensed small loan agency is exempt from being separately licensed as a mortgage lender under Mass. Gen. Laws chapter 255E.
