Who we serve
The Chicopee Contributory Retirement Board and Staff are responsible for the administration of the Chicopee Retirement System which covers over 1,200 members and over 800 retirees of the City of Chicopee, Chicopee Electric Light, and Chicopee Housing Authority.
There is a five-member board which meets monthly:

Elected Member: Timothy O'Shea (Chairperson)
Elected Member: Paul Mailhott
Appointed Member: Debra A. Boronski
Fifth Member: David Ference
