Who we serve

The Easthampton Contributory Retirement System serves the employees and retirees of the City of Easthampton and the Easthampton Housing Authority. This system is regulated under Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws and is overseen by the Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission (PERAC).

There is a five-member board that meets monthly:

Elected Member: Donald Emerson (Chairperson)
Appointed Member: Vacant
Fifth Member: Phillip Campbell
